Meditations with or without your Pet!
I have a routine of meditating almost every day. Mabel, my Boston Terrier pup, and any other dog staying with us, joins me in meditating. I don’t say, “time to meditate.” They just know. How do they know? They hear me say it is time to meditate in my head, and they feel the change in energy. I love the company when I am meditating!
My energy is very different from my husband’s. Opposite energies attract!? Bill, my husband, mediates daily too. But he needs to be sure Mabel, our dog who owns US, is with me when he does that, because she reacts differently when he meditates. Mabel has been know to demand something of Bill when he is in that state!
Energy is everything. Do you have a pet that gets into trouble frequently? Have you noticed that a calm, measured approach to the issue work so much better and gets the results you want? When you are frustrated and not centered, any results you hope for won’t be received in the same fashion. If you have children or grandchildren, the same approach will get better results as well.
I hear some of you say that you can’t sit and meditate. It isn’t your thing (Isn’t it amazing that can hear you so clearly!!). Try a meditative walk. Go outside and enjoy nature. Concentrate on your surroundings and nothing else. Have an intention of paying attention to each step forward, hearing any sounds, smelling all of the smells. Or sit down and peel an orange. Do it slowly and think about each step, feel the peel, smell the citrus, and taste the juiciness of a piece of orange. Take your time doing it and have the intention of opening up all of your senses.
Quieting our minds from the daily craziness is really important. It doesn’t take a lot of time. I invite you to try it, if you haven’t yet. Guess what else I invite to try!? Schedule a reading for one of your pets, alive or passed on. You won’t believe what we might discover!
Now, for an announcement for all those who live near me. You know, usually, I do readings over the phone. You and your pet don’t need to be present with me.
I will be making an appearance at The Belmont Gallery of Art’s Flora and Fauna Event. I will be there Saturday and Sunday, June 25 and 26, 2022 for special 10-minute readings for you to get a taste of Animal Communication. Text me at 617 417 7624 to reserve a spot between 1:00 and 4:00 on one of those days. No need to have your animal friend with you, and all I need from you is your first name, the animal’s name, the species, male or female and alive or passed on. Yes, I can connect with your pet that is passed on!
Can’t make that event? I will be doing the same special readings at the Belmont Pet Shop On Saturday, July 16 from 11 AM to 3 PM. Again, text me to reserve your spot!
Want to opt out of these blogs? Text me with your email address to 617 417 7624 and write OPT OUT. But I hope you won’t!
